What a night. Thank you, Cantina OK!
On Sunday 11 October, the team from Sydney’s Cantina OK! took over our bar for one night only.
From the first round to the last, the energy was electric. Two teams behind the bar, a room full of good people, and a snack menu that kept the table full all night. The vibes were immaculate.
A huge thank you to the Cantina OK! crew for making the trip down. Australia’s best bar, a World’s 50 Best name, and the home of one of the five best cocktails in the world, and they brought every bit of that magic to Melbourne.

Punch A-OK! Patrón Reposado tequila, dry vermouth, strawberry, chervil
Margarita OK! Patrón Silver, mezcal, sugarcane syrup, lime
Colada OK! Patrón Reposado, colada soda, coconut whip
Fortuna OK! Patrón Silver, mezcal, pandan, passionfruit, lime
