NIGHTCAP MENU
A menu that celebrates the last drink; one that tops off evenings of exuberance and gluttony with a final, or few stimulating sips. Our Nightcap menu is exactly that and offered every evening from 9pm. It comprises three drinks: one to energise, one to soften and another to sweeten the deal. Alongside a serve of chocolate profiteroles, these are exactly what's needed to while away those late hours in a candlelit corner.
From 9pm until late, 7 nights a week.
THE DRINKS
MIDNIGHT OVER MADIERA
Henriques Madeira Boal 7yo, Flor de Caña 7yo rum, Averna, cream
This is pure after-dinner decadence: rich with notes of walnut and toffee, topped with a Jersey milk cream float in a frozen glass.

BRAULIO SHAKERATO
Braulio Amaro, shaken
Braulio Amaro is one of our favourite digestivos from Valtellina in Northern Italy. Made with mountain herbs and berries, it's a soother after an indulgent meal. Here, it's shaken over ice.

CAFFÈ FRAPPÉ
Ketel One vodka, Fino, dulce de leche coldbrew, cream, cherry
Late-night coffee laced with vodka and sherry, with a cherry on top.
It's a shaken style of an espresso martini that is sure to place some pep in your step.
CHOCOLATE PROFITEROLES
Profiteroles represent the ultimate in pleasure. Initially created by Catherine de Medici's head chef, they're a dessert so addictive that she brought him with her when she married the King of France. Ours are made with crisp choux pastry sandwiched with vanilla ice cream and doused with hot chocolate sauce. Every evening from 9pm.
