THROUGH SEPTEMBER — GREY GOOSE MINI MARTINIS
In celebration of all things small and delicious, we’re bringing you a trio of Grey Goose Vodka mini martinis through September. We’re doing this with the assistance of two of our favourite bars, Maybe Sammy in Sydney and Brisbane’s Bar SK.
There are many reasons why we love these half martini serves. But, as our Bar Manager, Lachlan Bentley, aptly says, “Half the size means the Martinis can be twice as cold.” He loves that “when you're on your final sip, the martini will be just as refreshing as when it was first placed down.”
Each Grey Goose martini is an expression of each bar’s personality - be it a savoury sip, indulgence, or made from the best seasonal produce like our own. Mandarins are at their peak and are front and centre in the Apollo Inn serve, meaning the fruit’s full flavour adds to the complexity of vermouth and the silkiness of Grey Goose vodka.
The trio will be presented as a staged flight, brought individually so they don’t lose an inch of their frosty bite. They’re ideal to enjoy through September, when the city is abuzz with the spring fever of the Football Finals, as well as Now or Never.
