Through the twilight hours of May, we indulged in three riffs on Champagne cocktails, served with a snack to match. First acknowledged in Jerry Thomas’s 1862 book, The Bon Vivant’s Companion, Champagne cocktails have injected fun and fizz into bars ever since. Ours were made with NV Gimmonet Champagne and your choice of liqueur or spirit as below.
