The new snack on our menu is as crisp as it is tender and salty. It's also a nod to the pending celebrations this season. 

Crisp potato rosti is topped with bright crème fraîche and a combination of white sturgeon caviar and local Yarra Valley salmon roe. Have one standing at the bar with a dry Martini next time you visit.
