LES VERGERS

Les Vergers is a tall cocktail in the style of the Collins family. This complex yet refreshing drink is centred around Christian Drouin Le Gin Blanc, an aromatic apple gin from Normandy.

Inspired by the juniper and cedar elements of Diptyque’s Orphéon, it has gentle woody notes with the pear eau de vie emphasising freshness. Finished with a spritz of pastis, which has a fragrant curl of anise and harks back to the art and action of the parfumier.
