MINI MARTINIS

Served as minis, a trio of our martinis is now available at your choosing. As our Bar Manager, Lachlan Bentley says, “half the size means they’re twice as cold.”

We have four styles to deliberate between. Once you've made your selection, they’re served individually so they maintain every inch of their frosty bite.

The Botanist Islay gin, extra dry vermouth

WET
Ketel One vodka, Cocchi Americano, blood orange

GIBSON
Tanqueray gin, extra dry vermouth, cucumber

Grey Goose vodka, mirin, brine
