THE GOSPEL WHISKEY

The Gospel are the only dedicated rye whiskey distillery in Australia, bringing a distinctly Australian approach and flavour to a traditional American whiskey style. Under the guidance of Master Distiller Ian Thorn, The Gospel distils, ages and bottles right here in Melbourne.

As part of their Project Release programme, we've selected a single cask of whiskey bottled just for Apollo Inn. We can assure you that it's exceptional and something hereto unseen in The Gospel’s range.

We launched this limited-release whiskey at Apollo Inn on Tuesday 8th August with a special tasting and cocktails created by Cam Parish. We’ll be pouring the whiskey exclusively at Apollo Inn, with a special few bottles available for purchase directly from The Gospel.
