On Saturday 14 June, join us to celebrate the release of our first-fill whisky cask selected for private bottling from Sullivans Cove. With their Hobart location and a climate reminiscent of the Scottish Isles, Sullivans Cove is poised for exceptional whisky making. This, combined with 100% Tasmanian-grown barley and the island's pristine water, makes Sullivans Cove one of the best whiskies in Australia.

Through the afternoon, join us with Sullivans Cove's Ally Bhana to learn about what makes their whisky particularly extraordinary. Taste the Sullivans Cove 'Apollo Inn' American Oak Cask in our whisky highball and Manhattan and compare it with Sullivans Cove American Oak Second-fill Single Cask TD-0447.
